Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any return of any products whether unopened or unused.
If you receive your products damaged, defective or the wrong items due to fulfillment error, we do offer refunds or a replacement. Please be sure to email us at moonfruitcosmetics@gmail.com within five (5) business days with a photograph of defective goods. However, we would not be responsible for any additional shipping cost for replacements nor returns and would not assume responsibility for reimbursements or compensation for any returned packages lost in transit.
